1. CONDITIONS OF USE

Sahabatpeduli.org (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) is operated by Yayasan Peduli Kesejahteraan Bersama. The Site is offered to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. 3. DONATION TERMS

3.1 Payment Processing

  • All monetary transactions on the Site are processed through our official payment gateway partner, MIDTRANS.
  • Users acknowledge that they are authorized to use the payment method they choose for donations.
  • The Site is not responsible for any payment processing errors or fees by MIDTRANS.

3.2 Donation Allocation

  • Of each donation made through the platform:
  • 97.5% is allocated directly to the designated program/beneficiary
  • 2.5% is retained by Yayasan Peduli Kesejahteraan Bersama for operational costs
  • Users acknowledge and agree to this allocation structure when making donations

3.3 Refund Policy

  • All donations made through the platform are final and non-refundable
  • In cases of technical errors or duplicate transactions, resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis

3.4 Transparency and Reporting

  • Distribution reports will be posted in video format on the respective program pages
  • While we strive for accuracy in reporting, timing of updates may vary based on program implementation
  • Users acknowledge that distribution timelines may vary depending on program nature and circumstances

4. USER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

Users who create accounts on the Site are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
  • All activities that occur under their account
  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account

5. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Yayasan Peduli Kesejahteraan Bersama reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following such modifications constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Yayasan Peduli Kesejahteraan Bersama or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.

  • The Site reserves the right to:
    • Adjust program implementation based on field conditions
    • Modify beneficiary selection criteria when necessary
    • Combine similar programs for more efficient implementation
    • Cancel programs that cannot be implemented, with donations redirected to similar causes

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site provides its services “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Site will be available at all times
  • The information on the Site will be error-free
  • Technical issues will be resolved in any specific timeframe

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Yayasan Peduli Kesejahteraan Bersama shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or services.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indonesia.
